Free Estimates

We provide estimates free of charge by appointment Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. The time needed for an estimate varies from 10 to 20 minutes. We would be happy to address any repair- or insurance-related questions at this time.

Have questions about your  claim process? Do you need clarification, or are you unhappy with your insurance company? We’ve heard it all and can assist or direct you to a resolution.

Tow Arrangements

While we do not offer in-house towing, we can set up a tow to our facility for you with our local towing company. Need after-hours assistance? You can call them directly.

Paintless Dent Repair

Have a door ding or other small dent where painting isn’t needed? You may be able to save a significant amount of money and time with PDR. We would be happy to inspect the damage and make an appointment for you with our local PDR technician.

    After hitting a deer with my vehicle I was referred by my insurance company to Dawley for the repairs. The entire experience from scheduling the appointment for appraisal, drop off for repair, arrangements for rental, time for work to be completed, communication about insurance payments and pick up were easy and accommodating.     I went to Dawley because my insurance sent me there, so I had no idea what to expect.  I was thrilled with the experience.  Joanne is an angel.  She was amazing right from the start, helping out with with my insurance, rental car, everything.  And Bill is a great guy, very nice and gave me a great estimate.  A problem developed along the way, no fault of theirs and they went out of their way to make it right.  I would definitely recommend them.  Very professional, very kind and very fair.  And excellent work!  My car looks fantastic!  Great family business.  Very highly recommended!!!

    They were amazing ! My Dodge Charger is my baby, she was attacked by a deer one early morning and it was a mess (the deer survived).  I was devastated, first accident I ever had, I was very worried about the process to get the damage repaired. Dawley’s to the rescue ! I just can’t say enough good things about their communication, the unbelievable quality of their work and how incredibly pleasant they are.  They handled every aspect of the repair, dealing with my insurance company and the rental car company.  They kept me constantly informed and updated about every detail.  I have recommended them to several people already and will continue to do so.  They are a first class operation and I could not be happier with the results!
